Hi, I’m Sarin Elmedjian, founder of Shape That Behavior by Sarin.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge in 2014 and later completed my Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. I am a Qualified Behavior Specialist with more than 12 years of experience supporting children and families, including 8 years in supervisory and leadership roles within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages and abilities, helping families navigate behaviors that can interfere with learning, communication, independence, and everyday life. My experience spans in-home services, schools, clinics, community settings, and caregiver training, allowing me to create practical, individualized solutions that fit naturally into each family’s daily routine.
I founded Shape That Behavior by Sarin with one goal in mind: to provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral support that is personalized for every child. I believe meaningful progress happens when families feel supported, empowered, and actively involved in the process. Every behavior tells a story, and together we can identify the “why” behind the behavior while teaching functional, socially appropriate skills that help children thrive.
At Shape That Behavior, we understand that every child is unique. Whether your family is looking for behavior support, caregiver coaching, potty training, social skills, functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, or individualized skill-building programs, our services are designed to meet your child where they are and help them reach their fullest potential.
It is an honor to partner with families during some of their most important milestones. I am committed to creating positive, lasting change through evidence-based practices, meaningful relationships, and a compassionate approach that celebrates every child’s strengths.
I look forward to helping your family shape a brighter future—one meaningful step at a time.
